Orders and Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1 to 3 days to process your order. Expect an email with Tracking information when your order has been fulfilled.

SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 days. We use USPS for small items such as jewelry, paperweights, etc. Larger items such as lamps, crocks and figurines, are sent via UPS Ground.

Multiple Orders: If you order more than one item, we will combine shipping when possible and refund part of your shipping cost.

Shipping Rates: We use flat rate shipping which is based on the size of the outer box your item(s) is/are shipped in.

STORE PICKUP: We do not have a “Brick and Mortar Store” but if you are local to the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and would like to pick up your purchase, contact us by email to make arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Currently we only ship jewelry internationally and to specific countries. As our store matures, we expect to offer international shipping on all of our items. If there is an item you absolutely must have, please email us and we will try to accommodate your request. Please be forewarned, international shipping rates and duty fees can be very expensive.

I would like to say something about packaging and buying through an online store. There is nothing more frustrating than making a purchase, paying for it and having your purchase arrive damage, especially a fragile item or glass lamp. Not only is it terribly disappointing, but you also may have a rare antique or one-of-a-kind item gone forever. This has happened to us many, many times. Because of this, we take extreme care in packaging everything we sell. We use certified boxes; eco-friendly cushioning material and we double box where appropriate. This of course costs a little more, but speaking for myself, I would rather spend a little extra on packaging than have my purchase arrive damaged. So, if the shipping cost sometimes seem a little high, know that we don’t make any money on shipping, and absorb some of the costs. We consider this just part of good customer service. Please be confident that if you purchase something through our site, it will arrive intact.
