Arts and Crafts Miller Slag Glass Lamp Iron and Zinc Base

Very nice original finish possibly Miller bent panel slag glass lamp from the Arts and Crafts period. It is a 14 1/2" shade and measures 19" high. It is a paddle switch lamp and has been rewired. It was originally a gas lamp dating to the late 1800's. The original tubing for the gas was removed so there are areas of solder underneath the base but does not show on the top exposed area. The finish and glass is all original and has a copper brown color with touches of green to highlights. The design on the shade is similar to the base. The shade just sits onto the shade ring that is supported by the harp. It is very sturdy and secure but makes it easy to clean. Very nice condition for a lamp about 130 years old.
