Unique Art and Glass Co. Base Reverse Painted Poppy Shade Lamp

Antique attributed Unique Art Glass Company lamp stick base in solid copper with a double socket cluster. It has a reverse painted lamp shade of a poppy in a cone shape. It is very well crafted and in very good condition with no damage to the glass. The lamp base has been rewired, and it displays beautifully. There are some small areas of surface wear and slight denting in the base where the actual base curves up into the stick stem but that is to be expected since these bases were constructed as a single piece with a very defined curve. That is a difficult process in sheet metal and is commonly seen in these bases since they are not cast metal. The lamp shade measures 15" wide, and the total height is 21".
